Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom, wholesale, and bulk orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if there are any delays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location within South Africa and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times are:

Cape Town: 1–3 business days
Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp where applicable.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and assist accordingly.
